Learning to Stand-Up Paddle Board with SUPsurf gives you a safe and easy way to start a new water sport right here in Toronto.
Why do we call our introductory lesson "Quick Start"? Because every step in your lesson is geared towards our goal of seeing you SUP-ing independently after just 60 minutes. With the help of SUPsurf's accredited instructors, most people do it. Sure, we keep it casual and fun, but our instructors have the skills and teaching experience to make sure each SUP'r makes the most progress in the shortest time. The Quick Start Introductory Lesson teaches essential safety skills, how to balance, turn, and use the right paddle stroke for a variety of conditions. Get the most from your lesson - learn from someone who has experience teaching SUP - not just doing it.
